Whether you're new to tricks or want to clean up your moves, we’ll break them down step-by-step so you can feel confident and fly through each spin with style.
You'll work on building strength, technique, and flow while getting a good mix of fun, challenging, and empowering moves.
Perfect for: Anyone who’s comfortable with the basics and ready to show off some new skills!
What to wear: Comfortable workout clothes (and don’t forget to bring water!). Shorts are best for grip on the pole.
